GYROTONIC® Method
The GYROTONIC® Method was created in the early 1980s in the United States by Juliu Horvath.
Inspired by dance, yoga, swimming, tai chi and gymnastics, this method is characterised by three-dimensional, fluid and harmonious movements that respect natural breathing patterns and body’s biomechanics. Its circular, undulating or spiral movements stimulate the body as a whole, helping to stretch and strengthen muscles and ligaments, mobilise, loosen and soften joints and the spine, improve coordination and body awareness, develop flexibility, correct posture, revitalise energy and restore a deep sense of alignment and well-being.
It is practised on wooden apparatus that guides and accompanies the body's movements beyond its limits.
The GYROTONIC® Method is suitable for all ages and all conditions, and can be adapted to everyone's individual needs. It is suitable for people suffering from muscular tension, joint problems and back pain and stiffness, pregnant women, as well as for athletes who want to deepen and refine their training.

PILATES
Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates who, in search of physical exercise to improve his health, studied various forms of physical fitness, including gymnastics, yoga, boxing and martial arts.

He created a well-rounded, low-impact workout that enhances core strength and stability, flexibility, posture, balance, body control, awareness, and alignment, ultimately facilitating smoother movement in daily activities. Series of excercises engage muscles to support movement in sync with breathing.
Mindful breathing is key, promoting greater awareness and muscular control, which helps you execute the exercises more effectively.

It is suitable for a wide range of people including beginners, athletes, seniors, pre- and post-natal clients, and individuals with disabilities. It can be adjusted to meet each person's needs and abilities, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone.
